At Escentually You, every order is carefully packed with love to ensure it arrives safely and ready to be enjoyed.

As a small Australian handmade business, many of our Calm Creatures are made to order. Processing times may vary depending on stock availability and current order volumes.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

If you have any questions about shipping or need your order by a particular date, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order. We'll always do our best to help.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Escentually You.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through a replacement, exchange, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Because our Calm Creatures and other handmade products are individually handcrafted, slight variations in size, weight, colour placement, and appearance are part of their unique character and are not considered faults.

If you change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible. Returns for change of mind may be accepted at our discretion, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
